Refund policy
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product
has been delivered.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Product received is incorrect
• Product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours
of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original
method of payment.
